As the clock struck 8:30 pm on March 30th, 2024, the Peninsula Hotel proudly participated in the global Earth Hour movement. For one hour, we turned off non-essential lights, sending a powerful message about our commitment to the planet’s future.
A Symbolic Gesture with Lasting Impact
Lights Out: Our hotel’s iconic façade will fade into the night sky as we reduce our lighting to the bare minimum, highlighting the beauty of the stars above.
Candlelit Gathering: We invited our guests and staff to join us in the lobby for a unique candlelit experience, sharing stories of conservation and sustainability.
Sustainable Practices: This hour was a reminder of our ongoing efforts to implement eco-friendly practices in our operations.
