Today, in honour of Mandela Day, the team from The Peninsula Hotel visited Christel House to lend a helping hand. They generously volunteered their time to paint the boys' bathroom and varnish benches, helping to create a brighter, more welcoming environment for our learners while celebrating Christel House's 25th birthday. Their generosity, teamwork, and commitment to serving the community truly embodied the spirit of Mandela Day. We are deeply grateful for their support and for the lasting, positive impact they have made. Peninsula All-Suite Hotel Gives Back to the CommunityIn honour of Mandela Day, the Peninsula All-Suite Hotel proudly reached out to support those in need by serving 200 people at the Culemborg Night Shelter.
Residents were treated to a warm, nourishing meal, followed by a delicious dessert of traditional malva pudding with creamy custard. In addition to the meal, essential toiletries were distributed to help provide comfort, dignity, and care to those staying at the shelter.
This outreach reflects the Peninsula All-Suite Hotel's ongoing commitment to making a positive impact in our community. Through kindness, compassion, and teamwork, we continue to support those facing difficult circumstances and demonstrate that even small acts of generosity can make a meaningful difference.
